Return/Refund Policy

Products – A refund will be given with the internet receipt on all unopened items returned and received within 30 days of purchase. There will be a $3.00 re-stocking fee for all returned or refused items before a refund is given. All returned items will be checked to make sure they have not be opened or used. The purchase date can be found on the top of this invoice. All items must be returned in the same condition that as they were received. If the purchaser is making an exchange, they are responsible for all the shipping costs. For your convenience, returns & exchanges should be sent back to us in a manner in which they can be traced. No refund will be given without an enclosed receipt or on items lost in the mail without proper shipping documentation. The Diastasis Rehab Splint™ is not returnable.

Private Sessions – a 24 hr cancellation notice is required for all private sessions. After this time, the client will be charged for the cost of the session.

LYMT Seminar - For this seminar, cancellations with refunds are allowed up to 7 days prior to the workshop. After this time, the client will be charged for the cost of the workshop and no refunds will be given. Please note if you do not attend the workshop, you will be allowed to attend the next workshop only if there is space available.
