This is a class geared toward children aged 6 months thru 5 years that incorporates a wide variety of musical activities, including singing, dancing, musical story telling, instrumental jam sessions and musical puppet play. The original material used in class uniquely reflects and celebrates the lives of children growing up in an urban environment, as well as more traditional themes universal to all children. Recently featured in Time Magazine, The New York Times and The Daily News, come experience the music class that in-the-know Manhattan Moms are raving about! 60 minutes.

new moms lunch series
Bring your baby and a lunch or snack and join other new moms like you and our experts for interesting discussions on topics such as sleep, feeding, development milestones and more.  Each session will start with a topic of the week presented by one of our spabébé experts, followed by another hour of open discussion on topics selected by the group.  2 hours.

itsy bitsy yoga®
Itsy Bitsy Yoga introduces your baby, tot or tyke and you to the many benefits of yoga in the first years of life. Helen Garabedian, an Infant Developmental Movement Educator and Registered Yoga Teacher, created this program which ncludes more than 125 yoga poses and techniques for babies from birth to 4 years old that are developmentally nutritious and deepen the parent/child bond. 60 minutes.
